Titleist Vokey SM9 Wedge
Titleist Vokey SM9 Wedge
Anyone can make a wedge, but it takes a master to turn a piece of high-performance technology into a creative control tool. That’s Bob Vokey’s mission.
Bob Vokey didn't always dream of being the ultimate wedge master. But from the moment he raised his hand and said, "I'll try," he began honing his craft with unwavering dedication. Every Vokey Design wedge is a demonstration of two distinct realities: the precision of engineering and the artistry of craftsmanship.
F GrindMilling valid for a wide range of full wedge shots. The F grind is best suited for full shots and shots where you hit with the square face; ideal for players who prefer a traditional sole. It is the most used wedge on Tour. |
M GrindVersatile milling The Vokey favorite, the M-mill is designed for players who want to rotate the club to open or close the face to work the shot around the green. Ideal for players with a flat swing, who sweep the turf and who play shots with a wide variety of face positions. |
||
S GrindNarrow & Versatile The S Grind features a full sole that has been thinned with a rear milling that gives a fast feel across the divot. This milling is best for neutral to firm ground and for players who want to control loft by placing their hands forward or back of the ball. |
D GrindThe wedge with high bounce The D grind combines the versatility of a toe/heel grind with the forgiveness of high bounce. The D grind is ideal for players with a steep attack angle and a wide variety of face positions. |
||
The Grind Precision for expert players. The L Grind is the option with the lowest bounce. The heel, toe and trailing edge are milled to allow maximum versatility around the greens. This solution is perfect for hard conditions and is designed for precise players. Ideal for players who have complete control of the club and want to work the ball by opening the face. |
K GrindThe "ultimate" wedge from the Bunker The K Grind is the highest bounce grind in the SM9 line. The K is a wide, full-sole grind with an improved camber that makes the wedge forgiving of a wide variety of sand and turf conditions. |
|
||
Chrome TourThe classic chrome finish with highly polished parts. The finish is very durable and is for the player who prefers a look that matches his chrome irons. |
Brushed Steel
A black nickel finish that has been brushed to give it an antique finish. This finish is for the player looking for less glare that will stand out in the bag.
|
Jet Black
A wedge rough that has been treated with a black QPQ finishing process. This wedge will rust and is for the player looking for a wedge rough that will wear through play.
