How to conclude the contract with Mulligan.it
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Mulligan.it, you will need to fill out the order form in electronic format and transmit it to Mulligan.it electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a summary of the Conditions of Sale, information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price (including all applicable taxes), the payment methods you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
The contract is concluded when Mulligan.it receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
The language available to conclude the contract with Mulligan.it is Italian.
Once the contract is concluded, Mulligan.it will take charge of your purchase order.
Mulligan.it may not process your purchase orders if they do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or if they are incomplete or incorrect, or in case of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that Mulligan.it has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on Mulligan.it are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending of the order form, Mulligan.it will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day after you transmitted your order to Mulligan.it, of any unavailability of the ordered products.
In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the price, Mulligan.it will refund what you have already advanced.
By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with Mulligan.it, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on Mulligan.it.
By transmitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Conditions of Sale and the further information contained in Mulligan.it, also referred to via links, including the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Once the contract is concluded, Mulligan.it will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and the detailed indication of the price, payment methods and delivery costs).
Guarantees and indication of product prices
On Mulligan.it, golf products from multiple brands, technical equipment, and other items related to the world of golf are offered for sale.
These products are purchased directly by Mulligan.it from carefully selected distributors, manufacturers, and retailers.
Mulligan.it does not sell irregular products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Mulligan.it within each product sheet through a general description. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Mulligan.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used or errors in loading.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting your order form.
Purchase requests from foreign countries may not be accepted by Mulligan.it.
Mulligan.it, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are without their original seals or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Payments
For the payment of the price of the products and related shipping costs, you can use Paypal; please access their website for their terms of use.
In case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol to the online payment service PayPal, which provides the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to access them.
This information will never be forwarded to Mulligan.it, which will refer to the PayPal circuit to issue refunds in case of any product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on Mulligan.it.
Payment by bank transfer is possible upon request.

There may be cases, at our sole discretion, where partial orders are processed by removing unavailable items (to unlock very large orders, or due to communication from the manufacturer that supply is impossible).

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Mulligan.it, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased products. To exercise your right of withdrawal you can use the following return form.
In this case, you must return the products to Mulligan.it and Mulligan.it must receive them within thirty (30) working days from when you received the products.
The only costs you will incur are those for returning the purchased products.
The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to complying with the terms and conditions described - is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully met:

the products must not have been used, worn, or damaged;

the products must be returned in their original packaging (the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return the items that compose it);

the products must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice contained in the package;

returned products must be sent to Mulligan.it in a single shipment.
Mulligan.it must receive the returned products within thirty (30) working days from the date on which you received the products.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated above, Mulligan.it will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products.
Mulligan.it will refund you, in addition to the sums collected for the purchase of the products, also the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products, only if the return of the products is due to causes attributable to Mulligan.it, such as when the products do not possess the essential characteristics promised, have manufacturing defects or there have been errors in their delivery.
The sums will be refunded to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Mulligan.it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.
If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as specified above, are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Mulligan.it; however, you may obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Mulligan.it. Otherwise, Mulligan.it may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
Refund times and methods
After the products have been returned, Mulligan.it will carry out the necessary checks to ensure their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in the paragraph above. If the checks are successful, Mulligan.it will send you an email confirmation of the acceptance of the returned products.
Whatever payment method you used, the refund will be activated by Mulligan.it within thirty (30) days from the date on which Mulligan.it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by Mulligan.it, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
Shipping costs, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products, will be borne by you.
