The new ZXi irons are crafted with our innovative i-Forged technology, an innovative formula that strengthens and enhances every ZXi iron for superior feel, distance, forgiveness, and control. They're designed for those who seek victory.

We've spent decades researching the best-feeling irons possible. i-FORGED, or Impact Forged, is our latest step in this journey. It's one of our greatest innovations in iron metallurgy to date, cementing our global leadership as forging technologists.

Condensed forging extends from the high toe area and along the top line of the blade, improving overall strength, durability, and feel. Then, the forged faces on the ZXi5 are softened to enhance this already exceptional feel. The tungsten weighting perfects the CG positioning for ideal performance.

The MainFrame saves additional weight and adds more MOI through an improved network of milled channels on the back of the face. At impact, this system amplifies ball speed and adds forgiveness.

The unique combination of sole widths, bounce angles and notches of our Tour VT sole ensures a smooth glide on fairways, rough and sand without any loss of speed.

The 3i-7i irons feature wider grooves, while the 8i-AW irons feature deeper, more closely spaced grooves to ensure consistent spin across the entire set. Laser milling between each groove, at every loft, adds bite to every shot.

The ZXi5 features a slightly wider sole with moderate blade length and offset, offering more advanced golfers increased distance, forgiveness and workability, all with an ultra-clean appearance at address.
