Graphite Design Tour AD-TP Shaft

Designed and manufactured at Graphite Design Japan headquarters, the Tour AD TP wood shaft is available in 40g R2, R1 and S flex, 50g R2, R1 and S flex, 60g SR, S, X and TX flex, 70g S, X and TX flex and 80g S and X flex.

The Tour AD TP shaft, like all premium Tour AD wood shafts, utilizes premium aerospace-grade 50t carbon fiber materials to deliver the best feel and performance available to golfers.

The Tour AD TP uses a technology called Fast Taper Technology, or "FTT." This technology incorporates a faster taper from the lower midsection to the tip of the shaft than previous Tour AD shaft models. Fast Taper Technology provides an overall feeling of greater clubhead control at impact and increased clubhead speed throughout the swing.

The Tour AD TP features medium stiffness from the grip to the midsection with a stiff tip profile to promote medium/high launch and low spin. The new Tour AD TP also utilizes TORAYCA® T1100G carbon fiber pre-preg with NANOALLOY® technology in the tip section of the shaft for increased shaft stability, exceptional feel, and precise ball flight control.

In independent robot golf club testing, the new Tour AD TP-6 ​​Stiff Flex shaft gained +3.5 yards in flight distance and +3.8 yards in total distance while maintaining low dispersion rates compared to comparable Tour AD 65g wood shaft models.
