For the U•505, Titleist engineers use refined Max Impact technology with additional polymer damping behind the point of impact to guide the frequencies created by striking the ball towards an ideal range for the player.

The U•505 features a more stable, redesigned frame and a lower center of gravity position to help maintain speed and stability on shots taken far from the sweet spot. The new single-taper face improves performance towards the heel for tighter overall dispersion.

Better interaction with the turf

Working with the Tour Pro and milling experts at Vokey Design, our engineers were able to further improve the bounce of our outsole by softening the trailing edge to allow the head to glide through the turf faster, even after the contact.
