Technical features

inserts
Technology you can feel
Four-sided technologies will satisfy every golfer's preferences: surface milling for a firmer feel (Anser, Kushin 4, Shea, DS72, DS72 C, Prime Tyne 4); smooth milling (Tomcat 14) for a firmer feel and slightly faster ball speed; for a softer feel, there is a PEBAX insert with a shallow milled edge (Anser 2D, Tyne G) or a PEBAX insert with a smooth milled edge (Mundy).

Multi-material mallet

Multi-material mallet
To make the head highly stable, achieve extreme MOI, and improve accuracy and consistency, the multi-material mallets (the new Mundy and the proven Tomcat 14) use a die-cast aluminum body combined with a cast-in 304 stainless steel sole plate high-density lost wax, which positions the center of gravity low and rearward. The Tomcat 14 boasts the highest MOI of the new PING putters.
Alignment systems
Aligned for precision
The Anser (above left) and Tyne G illustrate the variety of alignment options and appearance choices to suit every golfer's game. The Anser demonstrates how a single alignment line, and differences in color (platinum top line, black cavity), can stand out to your eye while the Tyne G, including its signature ball-sized hole, represents how multi-cue putters aiming and a black head can help with aiming.
Grip
Grip options
In addition to fitting comfortably and naturally in your hands, the three putter grips (PP58 Midsize, PP58 S, PP60) help you have better awareness of the putter face position and promote proper wrist rotation to help build a consistent and repetitive shot.
