If you want a compact blade head and your primary goal is more distance, the new i530 is designed to launch the ball higher and farther with the consistency and predictability to put it closer to the shaft. Distance gains come from multiple sources, including a highly flexible forged face in a hollow body design that will add yards with less dispersion.
Face Cutaway

Forged face
Like our previous distance models, a forged, highly flexible C300 Maraging Steel face is precision welded to the hollow 17-4 stainless steel body, creating a flex that produces great distance gains.

Hollow body design
The hollow body accentuates face flex which generates faster ball speeds and greater distance. Distance-optimized lofts help ensure maximum height to stop the ball on the green.

Inspire confidence
Blade enthusiasts will appreciate the compact head's slim topline, narrow sole and low face height. The clean, premium look is due in part to a new manufacturing technique that thins the rear wall, saving weight to promote tolerance and reduce dispersion.

More groove, more spin
Precision-milled MicroMax grooves (tighter spacing, more grooves) ensure consistent launch and spin results and score-lowering performance in all conditions.

Power with sensitivity
The lower center of gravity is more aligned with where impact occurs, and a precisely positioned polymer in the head improves feel and sound while maximizing face flex and ball speed. The tip screw weight and the shaft weight allow for fine adjustment of the swingweight.

 Shaft DG
The stock shaft is True Temper's new Dynamic Gold Mid 100 with multiple flexes, while the slightly heavier Dynamic Gold Mid 115 is a no-surcharge option. The stiffer midsection and softer tip promote higher launch angle and spin with a stable feel.
