HL (HIGH LAUNCH) VERSION OF THE G430 MAX AND SFT WITH LIGHTER HEAD, SHAFT AND GRIP FOR PLAYERS WITH A LOW SWING SPEED.
It may be that the driver you're playing is too heavy, meaning you're not generating enough clubhead and ball speed to hit the ball as consistently as you'd like. Introducing the G430 HL (High Launch) version, a new complete custom option for golfers with slower swing speeds. Custom designed with lighter head, shaft and grip weights, the overall system is lighter, so you'll swing faster and generate more ball speed for higher, longer shots.
The MAX and SFT models use lighter weights (11g), the Alta Quick shaft and a lighter grip to deliver increased ball speed with extreme forgiveness. During testing, players with slower swing speeds gained an average of nine yards with the HL version.

Optimized T9S+ forged face

A shallower, thinner, variable thickness face and transition design all play a balanced role in reducing weight from the face, while creating greater deflection to generate greater ball speed for the longest Ping driver ever.

Sound engineering

Research into audio frequencies and harmonics led engineers to create a new internal rib structure and increase the curvature (stiffness) of the crown, crown and outsole, resulting in an optimal sound and impact experience.

New to this driver family is a variable roll radius that creates less loft low on the face to improve performance by reducing spin, resulting in higher speeds that generate consistently longer shots.

The Maximum of Tolerance

To optimize ball flight and maximize distance while maintaining the highest MOI in PING history, a 25-gram high-density tungsten counterweight can be moved to position the center of gravity to provide ±8 yards of variation between setting Draw, Neutral and Fade.

Trajectory Tuning 2.0 uses a lightweight, aerodynamic sleeve that provides eight positions to customize your trajectory for maximum distance and accuracy.

The lightweight 8-position hosel allows adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than standard) to further fine-tune ball flight for the best results.
