Carbonfly Wrap The Carbonfly Wrap is a lightweight composite crown that wraps around the heel and toe sections, saving weight to lower the center of gravity and increase ball speed and MOI. |
Facewrap Technology The variable-thickness, high-strength maraging steel face wraps around the sole and crown, and is thinner to flex more, generating higher ball speeds at a higher launch angle for more distance. |

Spinsistency A variable roll radius creates less loft low on the face to improve performance (especially on low-hit shots) while reducing spin to increase ball speed for more distance off the maraging steel face. |
Loft Rule, Lie Trajectory Tuning 2.0 uses a lightweight, aerodynamic sleeve that provides eight positions to customize your trajectory for maximum distance and accuracy. |

G430 High Launch (HL) In testing, golfers with slower swing speeds gained an average of nine yards off the tee thanks to the increased ball speed generated by the HL version's lighter system weight (11g back weight, PING ALTA Quick shaft, and Lamkin UTx grip). Available only in MAX and SFT. |
Trajectory Tuning Chart The lightweight 8-position hosel allows adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than standard) to further fine-tune ball flight for the best results. |

Optional shafts The Project X Hzrdus Smoke Red RDX provides a higher launch angle, the Mitsubishi Kai'Li White a lower one. |
Shaft Ping The PING ALTA CB Black offers a medium-high launch, the PING Tour 2.0 Chrome a medium launch, and the PING Tour 2.0 Black promotes a lower trajectory. The PING ALTA Quick is for slower swings. |

NOTE
- Design specifications may vary due to manufacturing tolerances
- The standard swingweight is based on the ALTA CB Black Stiff shaft
- The standard swingweight for the MAX HL (High Launch) with the ALTA Quick shaft is C8 in the 35 and C9 in the 45
- The achievable swingweights depend on the shaft and grip combinations
- Available in left-handed and right-handed models.
To get the most distance from your driver, you absolutely must optimize the launch angle and spin of the ball by selecting the right loft and shaft flexibility for your swing. Golfers with slower swing speeds typically need drivers with higher lofts and more flexible shafts to achieve optimal ball launch conditions. Conversely, players with a fast swing speed need drivers with lower lofts and stiffer shafts. We recommend experimenting to use the shaft that best suits your characteristics to play your best golf. A certified PING fitter like Mulligan can help you find the shaft that will bring consistency to your game.

PING offers a variety of grip sizes and styles to accommodate different hand sizes and texture preferences. Because grip size affects wrist action and therefore shot direction, it's commonly used by fitters to influence ball flight.
PING grips are color-coded and available in six different diameters; they can be further customized with tape wraps to suit your needs. Once the neutral grip color code has been determined based on hand measurements, golfers can consider smaller diameter grips to help control fades and slices, or larger diameter grips to help control draws and hooks.
