Forged from 8620 carbon steel, with a blade-style, tour-inspired design, these classic golf irons were built for high-skill players who place a premium on being able to work the ball and control trajectory. A shorter blade length, less offset and a smaller sole width optimized for performance in all ground conditions, allow better players unrivaled precision to attack any shaft with confidence. The inclusion of a tungsten screw on the tip helps to have some tolerance for error. The clubs are made to order only and the price indicated refers to a single iron. The final price depends on the composition of the set chosen.

Forged 8620 Carbon SteelA 4-step, multi-step forging process allows for very tight dimensional tolerances, resulting in a player-friendly iron that is precision-crafted for accuracy. The choice of 8620 carbon steel in combination with a design that concentrates mass in the impact zone resulted in a pleasant sound and feel.

Compact, Precise Based on requests received from numerous Tour PING pros for a bladed iron to have maximum shot workability and trajectory control, the Blueprint combines a clean, compact head with less offset, a shorter blade length and a thin top edge .

Narrower soleA machined tungsten screw inserted into the toe increases fault tolerance and combined with an internal weight in the heel ensures precise swing weight adjustment. The narrower sole allows for clean ground contact for consistent shots from various lies and court conditions to maximize versatility in playing all types of shots. The hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish ensures an always solid impact by repelling humidity.

Machined Face and Grooves Every detail is exact and carefully calculated. More than 50 steps in the manufacturing process, including precision machining of the face and grooves, are 100% inspected.

Shaft and Grip The standard shaft is the Dynamic Gold 120, low trajectory, low spin and Tour precision in a lighter steel. The standard grip is the Golf Pride MCC Align Black/White, which combines rubber and cord for high performance in all weather conditions and the patented Align ® technology for consistent hand placement. A whole host of other aftermarket shafts and grips are also available.
