This year's Staff Commemorative Summer Bag celebrates the National Championship with red, white and blue, vintage TaylorMade logos and references to our first metal wood – Pittsburgh Persimmon™.

TaylorMade's first metal wood was called Pittsburgh Persimmon, a tribute to the Steel City and host of this year's tournament. Much of the inspiration for the Heritage Staff Bag comes from this iconic club, reflected in the steel gray base, vintage TaylorMade logos, direct references to the club, and TaylorMade's founding year of 1979.

While the Heritage Staff Bag stands out from afar, it features a few subtle details that stand out. "Pittsburgh Persimmon" is embossed on the top valuables pocket and the shoulder strap, a nod to TaylorMade's first metalwood bag.

“Original One,” another nickname for the first metal wood, is framed by the year 1979, the year TaylorMade was founded, on the bottom of the two rear valuables pockets.
