Beautiful traditional Japanese "AIZU" lacquered design
The premium BERES brand combines world-class quality and performance with traditional, colorful Japanese artwork on each clubhead.
Table 1
Triple slot in the sole and crown structure
Triple outsole slots and a unique crown construction improve face flex at impact, resulting in increased distance.
Table 2
CG flow design with variable thickness from
3W: Optimal CG design for working the ball
5W: Draws a diagonal structure with a high trajectory, thanks to a low and deep center of gravity
7W: Low, shallow center of gravity optimizes spin for a soft landing.
Table 3
Original shaft -ARMRQ MX
The new material "10-axis sheet" consists of 4-axis aluminum and 6-axis carbon.
The counterbalance design helps golfers increase swing speed.

2-Star ARMRQ MX: Shafts feature a T1100G bias ply that runs the entire length to improve recovery for maximum distance. Honma's proprietary 10-axis sheet metal hybrid armor technology (4-axis aluminum and 6-axis carbon) around the grip.
3-Star ARMRQ MX: Shafts include high-strength M40X, the industry-leading high-elastic Toray composite, which pushes both fiber strength and elastic modulus to the maximum limit, accelerating head speed efficiently without waste. The shaft also combines proprietary 10-axis sheet hybrid weave technology and T1100G carbon to offer counterbalance designs for increased clubhead speed and stability.
ARMRQ MX 4-Star – With a nearly identical design to the 3-Star model, the 4-Star model features a lower flex point for increased spin speed. ARMRQ MX shafts further improve head speed and distance by setting the kick point towards the tip.
The 5-star ARMRQ MX shafts have the lowest torque and are the most technologically advanced in the 08 collection. T1100G is used for the diagonal layer which produces strong twisting power and maximum flight distance.
Table 6

The new ARMRQ shafts are made in Sakata, Japan using the most sophisticated materials in the industry.

Metal Hybrid Armor multi-axis fiber technology visible under the grip increases strength under the hands and provides counterbalance to increase swing speed.

For the 3S grade or higher, the new high-strength shape memory Twist Fleuret material is used to increase energy transfer and to increase distance potential.

Grade 5S shafts have additional bias layers of T1100G material along the entire length of the shaft to improve recovery and provide maximum opportunity for increased distance.

All grades of the new ARMRQ shafts feature a high-breakage profile with a softer center section.

ARMRQ Grade:
★★(2S)
★★★(3S)
★★★★(4S)
★★★★★(5S)

As the star level increases, stability on shots taken outside the center increases.

Trajectories

Faster Swings - More Stars

At this point, ARMRQ shafts only differ in texture and appearance between star grades, but with the new ARMRQ, the higher grade you use, the more distance performance you'll get by increasing your swing speed. The higher the star level, the longer you will reach it.
